Before Cullinary School
I started making and decorating cakes when I was in the Navy. After which I pursued cake decorating at school after 5
years of hands on experience from an older mentor. He tought me all the basics and much more.

After Cullinary School
After School I obtained a position with a few cake decorationg companies, untill I found my home at Classic Cake company
under Chef Robert Bennet. I attainted a position of decoration high end wedding cakes and special occasion cakes. Finally
departing the company when they moved away and then so did I. I now am a cake decorater, while maintaing to start my own business
on the side to get it off the ground. I made this page intending to get my name out there by word of mouth, but not just doing
high end cakes but everyday birthday cakes as well.
